The CTS-608 Rail Eddy Current Detector is a professional eddy current testing instrument specially designed for rail weld. It integrates eddy-current, digital electronics and microcomputer techniques, with reliable performance and high stability, and is good at detecting surface defects of metal objects. The instrument is easy to operate, ultra-light and portable, equipped with special detection probes to achieve efficient and rapid detection of rail weld surface cracks.
Impedance and time base are displayed on the same screen.

Equipped with self-developed special detection probes for rails, including weld probes which can be used for surface crack detection on rail tread, welds and weld boundaries, rail bottom probes which can be used for crack detection on rail bottom and rail corner, and turnout probes which can be used for surface crack detection on turnout wing rail, switch rail and other parts.
The special probe has high signal-to-noise ratio and low lift-off interference, and has the national technical patent certificate.
