



CTS-DJZ01 Desktop Immersion CScan System is a high-precision intelligent inspection system specially designed for smallsize precision workpieces. Integrated with our inhouse developed ultrasonic automatic inspection software & hardware system and equipped with the CTSPA22M phasedarray module, it supports both conventional multichannel Cscan and phasedarray Cscan, well suited for inspection requirements of smallsized complexstructure components.

Dualscan mode: Equipped with multichannel architecture as standard, the system supports simultaneous scanning by multiple conventional highfrequency immersion probes to cover several test workpieces at once and boost inspection efficiency. It can also switch to phasedarray scan mode to perform phasedarray Cscan with phasedarray probes.
AIAssisted Defect Evaluation: The customized intelligent AIaided defect evaluation system automatically identifies test workpieces upon scan completion and marks out defects according to preset criteria. Builtin parameter tuning is available, allowing users to adjust marking rules to match specific defectassessment requirements.
Highprecision Tooling: Highprecision tooling enables accurate probe positioning and effectively mitigates adverse effects caused by vibration. Pitchangle adjustment capability is also provided. It flexibly adapts to diverse process requirements and accommodates workpieces of various sizes, delivering stable and highlycompatible support for inspection operations.
Lightweight & Compact Footprint: Engineered around the core concept of “compactness and high efficiency”, this desktop immersion Cscan system adopts a lightweight smallformfactor design, striking an optimal balance between full functionality and space utilization.
